US Tech Sales Recruitment.

Two Markets. One Standard

We place high-performing sales professionals into Tech, AI and SaaS companies across North Carolina and Colorado - two of America's fastest-growing and most exciting tech markets.

The US recruitment market is the largest in the world, with the staffing and placement segment alone worth over $21 billion. But size means nothing without focus.

We don't try to cover all 50 states. We've chosen two markets where the growth is real, the talent is strong, and the opportunity for our clients and candidates is genuine: North Carolina's Research Triangle and Colorado's Front Range.

Both markets are growing fast. Both have deep pools of tech-savvy sales professionals. Both offer a quality of life and cost of living that coastal hubs can't match. And both are still underserved by specialist UK-based recruitment agencies, which means companies working with us get access to talent through a partner that brings a fresh perspective and international expertise.

Who We Recruit (USA)

We place permanent sales professionals across the full revenue function within US Tech, AI and SaaS companies:

Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) & Business Development Representatives (BDRs)

The pipeline builders.

US base salaries in SaaS typically range from $45,000 to $55,000, with total compensation of $88,000 to $177,000 including variable pay.

We find candidates who are hungry, coachable, and ready to learn your product.

Account Executives (AEs)

From SMB closers through to mid-market and enterprise sellers.

US SaaS AEs earn a median on-target earnings of around $190,000, with base salaries ranging from $92,000 to $218,000 depending on experience, region, and deal size. Top earners exceed $326,000 total compensation.

We find AEs who can run complex sales cycles and close with confidence.

Sales Managers & Team Leads

Player-coaches who can sell and lead.

We look for people who can build culture while hitting targets.

The step from individual contributor to manager is one of the hardest in sales.

We assess for both skill sets.

Heads of Sales & VPs of Sales

Senior revenue leaders who set strategy, build teams, and own the number.

The average tenure of a VP of Sales in SaaS is only 18 months, which makes getting this hire right critical.

These are retained search engagements handled with precision and discretion.

UK Markets We Cover

North Carolina

Raleigh-Durham & The Research Triangle

Raleigh-Durham is one of the top 10 AI hiring hotspots in the United States, with nearly 20 new AI job postings per 100,000 residents, almost double the national average.

The Research Triangle is home to major operations from IBM, Red Hat (IBM subsidiary), SAS Institute, Cisco, and Google, alongside a thriving startup scene. Platforms tracking the region list 69 promising startups spanning AI, enterprise software, healthcare tech, and cybersecurity.

The business environment is equally compelling. North Carolina has the lowest corporate tax burden in the United States at 2.25%, and has been ranked the best state for business three of the last four years. Companies relocating to or expanding in the Triangle get access to top talent in a market where salaries are competitive with coastal hubs but the cost of living is 35-40% lower.

For sales professionals, this means strong earning potential with a quality of life that San Francisco and New York simply can't offer. AI and ML engineers in the region earn around $182,700 on average, and SaaS sales roles carry equally competitive compensation packages.

Colorado

Denver & Boulder

Denver is ranked as the 8th largest tech market in North America and the 13th in CBRE's Tech Talent Report. Colorado ranks 4th nationally for the highest concentration of tech workers, at 8.2% of total employment.

The state's tech sector accounts for 10% of Colorado's employment and 20% of its GDP. Denver added over 5,000 new tech jobs in 2025, with projected growth of 2.8% in 2026, adding an estimated 4,386 more.

Major employers with offices in Denver include Google, Amazon, Oracle, Salesforce, Datadog, and RingCentral. The AI startup ecosystem is growing rapidly, and Denver has been designated a federal Tech Hub for quantum computing, signalling long-term government and private investment in the region.

51% of AI-related job listings in Colorado are outside traditional tech roles. That means SaaS, AI, and tech sales professionals are needed across healthcare, financial services, energy, aerospace, logistics, and defence, not just at software companies.

Salaries are competitive. Senior AI and tech roles regularly exceed $200,000. The cost of living is about 14% above the national average but dramatically lower than San Francisco or New York, meaning your money stretches further.

The startup culture is strong.

The cost of getting it wrong

A single bad hire at the mid-senior level in SaaS can cost three to five times that person's annual salary when you factor in lost productivity, management time, rehiring costs, and team disruption.

In a market where AI and SaaS talent is in high demand, the cost of vacancy adds up fast too. Every month a revenue-generating seat sits empty is pipeline that never gets built.

Why work with a UK-based agency for US hiring?

Because specialism matters more than geography.

We bring deep expertise in tech sales recruitment, an international perspective on talent assessment, and a rigorous approach to screening that many US generalist agencies don't offer.

We understand SaaS sales motions, AI value propositions, and what separates average sellers from great ones. We also operate during both US + UK business hours, which means your search is progressing while your US team sleeps.

Our Process

Step 1

Briefing and alignment.

We learn everything we need to about the role, the team, and the business.

This is the foundation.

We want to know about your culture, what is expected, how you support staff - all of it.

Step 2

Targeted search.

We go beyond job boards.

We use our networks.

We research and use market mapping to find candidates who match your brief, including the passive candidates who aren't actively looking.

Step 3

Screening and assessment.

Every candidate we present has been through a thorough process.

We assess sales skills, technical understanding, cultural fit, motivation, and career trajectory.

We don't just tick boxes.

Step 4

Presentation and support.

You receive a shortlist with full context on each candidate.

We then support you through interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

We're here for the full cycle

Step 5

Post-placement follow-up.

We check in with both you and the candidate after placement.

We don't place and ghost you.

Our reputation depends on hires that last, not just hires that happen.

Want to work with us?

Whether you're an employer or a candidate, the first step is a conversation.
