This company was founded in 2026 by a 19-year-old who grew up around recruitment, who understands the highs and the hard truths of the industry, and who decided to do something about the gaps he saw.

Nikoloov Recruitment was built on a simple observation: the fitness and rehab industry was being served by recruiters who didn't really understand it. Agencies treating a physical therapist vacancy like any other clinical role. Trainers being pushed toward gyms that were the wrong fit from day one. Businesses left picking up the pieces after a rushed, poorly matched hire.

It sounds different because it is different.

The name comes from the Greek translation of Nicholson, our founder's family name.
